Having fled Nazi Germany for the Netherlands before World War II, Jewish teenager Morris Schnitzer now has to escape the German occupying army, assuming false identities, enduring imprisonment and joining the resistance, just to survive and regain his name.
The animated film will run for 20 minutes. After the film, teachers will be provided with:
- A copy of Morris Schnitzer’s memoir
- Ready-to-use curriculum resources
- A link to watch the film in the classroom
The film and resources are appropriate for ages 11+.
