Teacher Training: Thunder Bay

Our education team is facilitating a full-day workshop for educators on best practices in Holocaust education and an introduction to practical, age-appropriate resources for the classroom. The day includes a combination of pedagogical training and modelling of classroom activities for numerous school boards in the area.

Tools and Resources for Teaching the Holocaust: Brossard

Join fellow educators for a day of professional learning at the University of Montreal’s Brossard campus.

Tools and Resources for Teaching the Holocaust is a collaborative initiative developed and delivered by the Azrieli Foundation’s Holocaust Survivor Memoirs Program, in partnership with the Montreal Holocaust Museum, the Canadian Society for Yad Vashem and Yad Vashem. This full-day professional development will equip educators with practical, age-appropriate tools that can be brought back to the classroom. Participating educators will come away with refined skills and resources to support student learning.
