Paul-Henri Rips was born in Antwerp, Belgium, in 1929. During the war, he was held in internment camps in France and Belgium, and he and his family were hidden by non-Jewish friends. After the war, Paul-Henri moved to the Belgian Congo and then to South Africa before immigrating to Canada with his wife in 1997 and settling in Toronto. Paul-Henri Rips is the author of E/96: Fate Undecided.
