Kitty (Kati) Salsberg was born in Budapest, Hungary, in 1932. During the Holocaust, she survived the Budapest ghetto with her sister, Ellen. Orphans after the war, the two sisters immigrated to Canada in 1948 and settled in Toronto. Kitty Salsberg is the author of Never Far Apart.
