Johnny (Ephroim) Jablon was born in Krakow, Poland, in 1926. During the war, he survived several forced labour camps and concentration camps, including Plaszow and Auschwitz-Birkenau. After the war, Johnny lived in displaced persons camps in Austria. He immigrated to Canada as an orphan in 1948 and settled in Montreal. Johnny Jablon is the author of A Lasting Legacy.
