Felicia Carmelly
Felicia Carmelly was born in Vatra Dornei, Romania, in 1931. During the war, Felicia and her parents were deported to the region of Transnistria in the Ukrainian borderlands. After the war, Felicia and her family lived in Romania, and in 1959, they immigrated to Israel. They immigrated to Canada three years later and settled in Montreal. Felicia later moved to Toronto. Felicia Carmelly is the author of Across the Rivers of Memory.
