Eva Felsenburg Marx was born in Brno, Czechoslovakia (now Czech Republic), in 1937. She survived the war in hiding, living under a false identity as a Christian. In 1949, Eva and her parents immigrated to Montreal. Eva is the author of One of the Lucky Ones.
