The Holocaust Survivor Memoirs Program

Blog Post Intro

April 23rd is Yom Hashaoh, a day dedicated to the commemoration of the six million Jews murdered in the Holocaust.

To mark this day, The Holocaust Survivor Memoirs Program is embarking on a month-long, cross-country Holocaust education tour.

Working with teachers, students, libraries, various religious and cultural institutions we have an exciting line up of events that will give Canadians from the Maritimes to the Rockies a chance to learn about the holocaust through the eye-witness accounts of those that survived it and built a new life in Canada.
